- [ ] Other sites -- probably out of scope - Need to extract information from IP addresses
- Aggregate data downloads by IP address, get biggest downloads
- Get information for IP addresses (email, location, institution)
- Data download from other sites
- Need to get it back by 3rd year anniversary (not super urgent)
