We plan to release version cmor-fixer v1.0 today December 6 2019.
Please use all per versions for testing (encouraged), but please wait for v1.0 for real application.
Release v1.0 is postponed to next week.
A pre release v0.9 will be released, with which we ask others to test their case.
We urgently ask people to test v0.9. We are waiting for response to release v1.0. So please report ihere whether your case was successfully tested, if not open a new issue. We are particularly waiting response on tests on LPJ-GUESS files.
For testing it might be handy to first make a copy of the data you want to apply the script on, and then apply the script on this copy. First, with --dry, a dry-run can be applied.
With the Official release to apply the corrections on the ESGF nodes the cmor-fixer v2.0 version is the first official release to apply the corrections on the ESGF nodes.
Either use cmor-fixer.py itself directly or use the cmor-fixer-save-mode-wrapper.sh script. Before using one of them, please carefully read the README and the procedure description how to correct.
