I've realised that is someone issues a bizarre flow measure, unless you have access to the logs you can't see who issued it.

I wonder if we should add a data type of 'last issuer', set as the person that issued the FM, or the person who last edited/reissued it. Then the internal webhook posts a name so that people can tag them in response.

Thoughts?

Agreed: When messaging ECFMP discord only, for notified and activated, send the name across as an embed field.
