!ADEP Logic: Copy function

Required as part of ADEP logic plan.

A user can 'copy' a flow measure (that they are permitted to edit) which creates a new measure with the same details. All filters should be duplicated. Ideally this option should be available after flow measure creation as well ('create & create copy').
