Accessibility - Lesson planner drag function

The lesson planner tool does not allow users to move/drag modules just by the arrow keys. We need to figure out a way to draw focus to the “Drag to reorder” function. So far, it hovers over the X marks, and the entire lesson itself, but not as a drag-able piece.
