Unmapped dm+d codes: update vocabulary?

Multiple dm+d codes are not mapped, while according to Athena they do have a Maps to relationship to a standard RxNorm concept. e.g. 320139002 Salbutamol.
Most likely these mappings are recently added, between Dec 2020 and now. So a vocabulary refresh should improve the drug exposure mapping.
