Bug shows "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'BestBinset_outlier_refined_filtrated_retrieved_checkm/storage/'"

Could you please check is there any bin present under the folder of 'BestBbinset_outlier_refined_filtrated'?
Sure，I have checked it. And here is my result!
cd BestBinset_outlier_refined_filtrated
It looks like the previous bin was unable to get into the "BestBinset_outlier_refined_filtrated_retrieved" folder, causing the next checkm to report the error "ERROR: No Check the extension (-x) used to identify bins.
" which eventually caused the programme to stop
