It seems literalinclude doesn't work with the Sphinx RTD theme. What a headache!

Looks like any code block on the index.rst page fails to show the button correctly. I've tried with literalinclude, code-block, and just indenting after a double colon with the same result...

I've "solved" by only keeping the link to the full text of the license.
