UCSC browser visualization of bigWig and bigBed files

Hi,

trackDb.txt file is successfully generated as well as track associated metadata can be visualized, however rendering of bigWig/bigBed files fails due to permissions. I have ensured UCSC browser can access our s3 bucket

Is download proxy required to access bigDataUrl to ucsc genome browser?
