Clean-up the repository and provide a good README file.

There are some open points:

• where should interested users send their access request to? Might we use the agroscope.rs@gmail.com account?
• if we ask users to send us some information before getting access do we have to think about Data Protection and Privacy policies?
• how should we handle the Author information (see my proposal here
• check for typos

I would suggest that for the access they should send a mail to you or me. As soon as we have the EO team website online, we can set a mailbox for that.

I think we should store this information at a place where only limited people have access - i.e. the once that take the decision
