Basic look and feel

• The names of themes
• The names of links that need to be provided although may do nothing at this stage. E.g. Home, Contribute, Metrics, Search….. etc
• If place holders for the pages “metric” and “search” can be provided with navigation to and from that would be helpful.
• like wise if the contribute options of New Record and New Project can be added that would be helpful.
