Redesign the user profile dropdown menu

Describe the bug

In the user profile dropdown menu, There is a bug in designing like:

1. there is inconsistent alignment between icon and text
2. text of the email doesn't fit in the dropdown width.

Actual Behavior

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Home page, and click on the account profile icon.

Expected behavior

Logs

If applicable, add logs to help explain your problem (e.g. the error message and/or exception traceback).

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Chrome
• Browser: Windows 10

Additional context

I have also added one feature which is that when the user is logged in to his/her account, the avatar image will be shown in the navigation bar instead of the account profile icon.
I have replaced the 'my account' text with 'my profile' text along with the icon for enhancing the user's understandability.
