[Feature] Fetch status list dynamically

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the status types defined in User Story Status is hardcoded in the frontend. This dows not allow to change the status types or add new types directly from the backend.

The status types should be fetched dynamically from the backend
