Helper text for 'number-slider' questions is always displayed in English for surveys translated to a non-European language

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the editor page of your survey
  2. Add a 'number-slider' question to your survey
  3. Only allow values above 1
  4. Save your survey
  5. Create a translation to a non-European language (e.g. Serbian - SR)
  6. Translate all available text to your non-European language
  7. You are not able to translate the text saying "Only values of at least 1 are allowed"

Expected behavior
The translation pop-up should allow the editor to translate this helping text into their own non-European language.

Hi there,
Thank you - This is indeed a known issue.
There are some system label (also in the right-panel of the Form Runner) which are currently not translatable.
This has been requested by many users who want to have a survey in full serbian, russian, israeli etc.
All of this system labels need to be part of the translation module to allow the user to add his own translations.
