MSI version update

winget perpetually detects an update to EVEIPH.EVEIPH because the current (at this time) version is 5.0.* and the MSI sets the version string as 4.0 at install time.
It also doesn't help that winget says the installer hash does not match.

Ah ok, thanks for the info. I think I got it set correctly. Let me know if this isn't the case.
