Fails to connect to github

Hey guys this is the error I'm getting: -
Connecting to raw.githubusercontent.com|49.44.79.236|:443... failed: Connection timed out
I have checked and my internet works just fine, I can connect to github normally through the browser but not from the script.
Can anyone help?

It was a problem with my ISP, was solved through a VPN.
