Update:

• loaders to latest
• postcss-preset-env
• use sass instead of node-sass

Add:

• Webpack chunking and vendors chunk
• TS Fork Plugin

Remove:

• BrowserRouter (use HashRouter instead)
• tsconfig paths (reference paths explicitly instead)
