email-from should default to local host name

As of 0.0.6, the email-from config option defaults to noreply@rover.
It would be much more useful if this defaulted to rover@HOSTNAME in order to more readily identify the machine.
The local host name is included in the status messages, so the information is there but requires scanning the message and leaves the 'from' more or less useless.
