Idea is that each site will have its own user/group
-rw-r--r-- 1 site1.com site1.com 1627 Aug 29 2016 post.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 site2.com site2.com 1627 Aug 29 2016 post.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 site3.com site3.com 1627 Aug 29 2016 post.php
user1 - site1.com
user2 - site1.com site2.com site3.com
user3 - site1.com site3.com
And users can be part of multiple [site] groups.

I have another idea.
Sites for users will be created under his own home. Ex.
/home/rahul/www/ -> will host sites owned by Rahul
/home/radhe/www/ -> will host sites owned by Radhe
Anyway, this shall not be considered for now.
