error after setup (MacOS M1 pro)

I can't proceed anything further after running the homebrew install command.
That ran succesful.
It doesn't matter which command i run, anything that is ee .... is spitting out the below result.
ee log, ee cli, ee service, ... everything gives me the below output.

It seems like there is something specific wrong with that version 4.6.6?

Can confirm. I know on my end the error was because I need to try to find an arm64 version of PHP 4.6.6. (as seen above)
I don't see that happening, so I hope there is a work around
