Currently, carrier can only be deleted after retrieving it. There should be a static method to delete a carrier by carrierId. It will save an API call.

Closing due to inactivity. All of our client libraries follow the pattern of 1) retrieve record and 2) manipulate record, I don't believe we'll want to change this functionality at this time.
