“RyuSAK” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

Describe the bug
Trying to open v1.6.0 gives the error "“RyuSAK” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin."
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download the dmg
- Attempt to open the app
Expected behavior
App should open

This is not necessarily a RyuSAK problem.
The application is not signed.
I stated a solution in my post.
