[IE compatibility] Project Page "loading" keeps showing even if projects are loaded, on IE only

The err in console log is SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'includes'.

This is still an issue on IE 11.

I'm testing this on IE and I'm not seeing any errors. Unless i'm not looking at the right place.

@linkfang can you tell me if this is still an issue? Maybe with the recent changes to solsitce-assets fixed this issue.
