Camera down angle not low enough. Unable to see ground below when on elevation

Probability: Med

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Stand at a tall place
  2. Note that you cannot see the ground below you

Expected behavior
Camera angle should allow to see straight down.
