Implement a module/service for Matomo, similar to https://github.com/Theodia/theodia.org/commit/3e6889ab53e2d999c61bf48dd97412d8ce645f9d but latest version of develop branch.
We might want to configure the endpoint in addition to the site key, so we can use with our future central Matomo or another install.
It must work with SSR too.
