Suggestion: Steam Blue as a choice of color

Hi, i'm wondering if there could be a color that perfectly works as a "color of steam", currently I think the color we have as our nickname which I call as Steam Blue would be good. 
I have tried make one by myself but I cant make it perfect. Would you please spare some time on that? I love the theme, and thank you for your great work!
