Italicization in physMedium element is not displayed

Content that has been italicized in the description field of the physMedium is not displayed correctly in the output. Instead em is shown in the preview (example: Telemann, Pastorelle en musique, item "D-ROu, Mus.Saec.XVII.18.-51 32"):

We just tested this and couldn't reproduce the issue with a current v. 2.0.0-alpha.9-10-ga71802b0
What version are you testing on?
