Bugs
- AR numbers are sometimes duplicated.
- Number of Action Requests limited to 200.
- Change "Photos" label to "Attachments".
- Bill is always default assignee.
- Emails are sometimes not received.
- When assigning to someone and there are more than 1 persons name that starts with that letter, whoever you choose it assigns to the first name.
Features
- Line breaks showing in the standard view. Right now they’re visible when editing, but when you save all line breaks go away so it’s hard to separate notes from different people.
- Ability to add attachments as well as just pictures. (That way you don’t have to screenshot an email or excel document)
- Ability to click and drag pictures into the form to add them. Right now I am having to browse for the pictures.
- Ability to CC people when it’s assigned. There are situations where I would like to keep someone in the loop even though there is no action required from them, and it would be nice to have them on the email from the bot instead of creating a separate email.
- Ability to export the log to Excel.
