Footnote backlink

When the user clicks on the numerical index of a footnote, the footnote is highlighted, but not the usage points of the said footnote. An imporvement would be either highlighting in the enclosing scope the footnote superscript appearance, or providing a backlink arrow which brings you to the footnote.
