Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I want to add /robots.txt file to the root, but it seems there are no way currently.

Just add src/pages/robots.txt with content, do not render it with layouts.

Oh, god! It's extra easy as all files from public directory goes to dist.
