Suggestion: Pandora settings should be case sensitive

I believe this will be a lot better.

As pandora is now on dotnetcore, it can be run on Linux, Windows and Docker containers and it will be very beneficial to have case sensitive configurations.
Consul allows to have two separate settings like text, and Text but Pandora reads these as two instances of one
