Update for Visual Studio 2022

Was wondering if there are plans to update this extension for VS 2022? Migration guide can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/extensibility/migration/update-visual-studio-extension

@ryanbuening I am trying but they broke some things. And the migration guide is not working for me :(

@ryanbuening I need to be able to compile the project. When this is done I am pretty sure it will work. If you could PR with code which compiles with VS2022 I will test and release.

I'm seeing the following 28 errors when opening the solution in VS 2022. Is this what you are seeing as well?

Hello everyone. There will be support for VS2022. Unfortunately it is not possible to release it before GA of VS2022. I promise that I will do everything to get that shipped as soon as possible.
If someone compiles it for the preview version I will be happy to make that release available.
