Separate Ballot Differences from Stats Calculations

Currently we call recompute when we get the status of the audit.
This 1. Calculates the difference in reported vs actual ballots
2. Do statistical calculations
On get progress we report: statistical calculations.

From @mayuri95 suggest changing to only calculate and report statistical calculations after the last ballot.
