ElectronNET.WebApp Host Hook not working

- Version: 23.6.2
- Target: win & linux & mac
When trying to interoperate with host hooks. No response found because the run command is not working properly.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Run gui by [start] command
- Test "Execute your own TypeScript code" sample
- Observe console: request success no response
