[Bug] Reconnect controllers fails (Joy Con?)

From my recent use of the latest JSM, joycons connect fine on first load, but then subsequent activations of Reconnect controllers fails to grab them.

  1. Pair Joycon
  2. Keep Joycon on
  3. Run JSM > Joycon Connects
  4. Turn Joycon off with sync button single press
  5. Turn on Joycon (joycon is paired/connected now to pc, but not to JSM)
  6. Click on context menu for Reconnect controllers
  7. Result: Joycon continues unconnected to software
