[BUG] Games with partial FB res. change support

These games only work with certain FB resolutions. I've decided to include these in the patchlist, even if they don't run with all possible res.. That way we know they exist, and perhaps someone sometime in the future fixes the remaining issues.
- Helldivers - only 960x544 or 640x368
- Injustice: Gods Among Us - only 960x544 or 720x408
