Missing action tokens on discussion delete button as well as no confirmation alert.

Any idea why this is happening? Everything seems to be ok in Elgg core: https://github.com/Elgg/Elgg/blob/1.10/mod/groups/start.php#L1201-L1202

I can't find a place where any of the community_* plugins would be overriding this.
