just bought a new camera ( Wyze Cam OG )
but the current code does not seem to work on it.

I know this is not a helpful reply, but it is pretty clear that these newer cameras released by Wyze are not amenable to alternate firmware like this, unfortunately. They seem to have learned about these hacks and have been closing the gaps that allow them to be installed.
It's hard to say without opening it up and seeing what chipset it's using. Connect to serial port, etc. Possibly removing the firmware chip to see if it can be read and what's on it. If it's readable then it's probably hackable but Wyze hasn't released new source code in like 10 years which means it might the same hardware and similar firmware as the old cameras (or they're violating the GPL, who knows). Looks like a neat camera.
