Run with NO_X11 possible

Trying to run multimon-ng v 1.1.9 with no UI , -q does not avoid X11 opening a UI window.
Some forks offer the option "NO_X11" but they are over 9 Years old.
If there a way to run without UI or in pure Command Line mode ?
