Weird POCSAG Messages

I receive weird messages always from the same address (i changed it for anonymity)
I post them here, in case someone can help me to understand them.

My command was: rtl_fm -f 466.025M -f 466.05M -f 466.075M -f 466.175M -f 466.20625M -f 466.23125M -M fm -g 40.2 -s 22050 -p 8.183 -l 100 - | multimon-ng/build/multimon-ng -t raw -a POCSAG512 -a POCSAG1200 -a POCSAG2400 -f auto /dev/stdin

And i used the github multimon-ng version
