[Fedora 41] Incorrect spacing on popup windows.

Hey, I want to start by saying great work. Recently I installed Fedora 41 and tried your Sweet Dark v40 theme (issue is present on all sweet themes). What I noticed is that pop-up windows with select options have wrong margins, padding, etc.

Here is an example of a logout pop-up with a sweet theme.

And here is an example of the expected result shown on the base theme.

I hope the issue is resolved soon. Keep up the good work.
