When editing existing address, country does not have default value from backend

Describe the bug
When you click on edit button on existing address to edit the address, all input fields are filled except the Country/Region select. For that reason also the Province input is showed and its only hiding when you change the country. Please see the screenshot
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to addresses inside user account area
- Add address
- Click on "Edit" address to edit it
- See error, Country/Region select is not filled and the Province is shown. Province also always shows Canadas provinces.
Expected behavior
Address should be filled and Province should be shown only if default country needs it or have it already.
