Same problem here.
Either 404, or error link from microsoft site.
All i managed to dowтload was 7 ultimate from wayback machine(web.archive.org).

I tired it on macOS as well and it gives a 404 error too, im guessing the script is outdated from Microsofts servers but im not sure.
