This does not seem to work in EE2.4

File was placed in the plugins directory, but is not showing in the admin interface under Add-ons > plugins.
Using tag pair causes an error.

Try placing the folder in the third_party directory and let us know if it's still giving you problems.

Yep- try as per Kevin's advice. I just tested a fresh download and it shows up in plugins and works as expected. It may just be a matter of having it in the wrong spot.
