At ElmBridge SF, they had classroom instruction with roaming mentors. The first half of the morning everyone was going through the curriculum together. In the second half, the group split up, with one group moving on to the Elm-moji application, while the other group finished up the exercises from the morning.

A few things to consider:

  • creating smaller pods to encourage discussion; mentors are assigned to a group
  • perhaps we split up into individual pods after lunch?
