subframe - 100CPU

Hi,
I'd like to report a bug. When I go to for example www.dobreprogramy.com and I go to task manager I can see that there is subframe: https://wp.pl and it uses 100% CPU.
After switch to "disable dothing" and reload page - 0% CPU.
