Improve indicators (focus-indicator, resize)

Focus indicator:
- Suppot for the 'max' layout (currently totally broken)
- Support for partially hidden clients (require core changes?)
- Fix the missing next screen symbols
- Fix the move issue
- fix move for floating clients
Resize indicator:
- Merge exit patch upstream
- Add mod4+mod to resize the clients
Both support switching from swap<->resize<->focus without ever lifting the mod4 key
