Crash related to breakable objects/debris

With plugin enabled, certain breakables/debris make srcds abruptly close.
One way to reproduce is in Home Town Campaign, 1st chapter.
Head into the interior accross the road from start position, break the damaged pillar with a melee weapon.
Issue below appears even without tickrate plugin:
If "env_shooter" entity is present on a level, attempting to activate it (produce debris) will make server close.
I have a Stripper config for 2nd chapter of Crash Course, where shooting a barrel in the finale area produces sound/particle effects and debris.

The problem only occurs on some machines it seems, I'll have to test more thoroughly.
