Compiling assets on Heroku?

Hey,

Thanks for the template. I've found it really helpful.

In the deployment section you mentioned possibly running the packaging step on Heroku. Do you have any idea how exactly to set this up? I made a few attempts, which I detailed on Stack Overflow, but I couldn't find a working solution. Any ideas?
