[Wishlist] "Quarter damage" context menu action

Heya! Sometimes I have a weakened combatant attacking an insubstantial target, and the math gets a touch awkward with some amount of manual math. Any chance we could get a "Quarter damage" option when we right-click a damage roll?
(and please excuse the mess I accidentally hit enter instead of shift and submitted this way too early)
